Credit Criteria

The key to our success is our ability to compile a complete credit package and our commitment to process that application as quickly as possible, generally within 24 hours or less. In order to achieve our desired level of service and to assist you and your customer in providing the necessary credit and financial information to General Equipment Leasing (GEL), the following chart has been prepared as a guideline.

$250K and Above In business 3 years or more	For transactions 250K and up,* we will require some additional financial information.

General Equipment Leasing does not require financial statements on transactions up to Two Hundred Fifty Thousand ($250,000). If a customer cannot be approved under this program, there are other programs available which may require financial statements. We do recommend, for transactions over Two Hundred Fifty Thousand ($250,000) that financial statements be included with the lease application to help expedite the approval process. This is a recommendation and should apply to companies that have been in business Five years or more, maintain a low Five figure bank depository relationship and have a strong credit history with comparable credit ratings.

Please keep in mind that the above credit and financial requirements are guidelines to help expedite the processing of your application. We at GEL recognize that certain information may not always be available and accordingly will process those applications on an as submitted basis.
